COMPANY PROFILE
Anhui Anlan Mould Company Ltd is an integrated precision mould design and manufacturing, precision injection moulding and sub-assembly company.
We are ISO 9001-2000 registered company
The company is established in 2004 with a registered investment capital of RMB12.1 million. To date our total investment exceeded RMB 32 million.
Anhui Anlan Mould Company is located in Anhui Province, Tianchang city, about 50km west of the ancient city of Yangzhou. The total factory covers 30000 sq meter of land and the built-up area is 15000 sq meter.
Our up-to-date precision mould making equipments and injection moulding machines together with our experience in CAD/CAE/CAM know-how can well serve our customer's needs.
Our team of engineers are also proficient in the use of modern design software package such as ProE, UG, Cimatron and Moldflow etc. We have also established a long term technical cooperation with the University of Science and Technology of China. We are also a corporate member of the China Mould Making Society.
The total work force of the company is more than 200 experienced workers.
There are more than 100 highly skilled professionals employed in management, mould design and construction, machine operation (CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, surface and tool grinding etc), assembly work, setting and controlling injection moulding process etc.
We are a young work force, full of enthusiasm and we work together as a team striving for new frontiers continually. We are fast establishing ourselves as the leading mould manufacturer and supplier of components and parts for the consumer electronics, car manufacturing and aviation industries.
Our lists of customers include LG, Carrier, Hitachi, Sanyo, Haier, Midea and Carrier Korea Ltd amongst the well known International companies.
